Eurotech® Soccer Academy is entering its 13th year of operating soccer camps in the state of Virginia. The tradition started years ago at the Blue Ridge School and Miller School in the Charlottesville area and was moved to the Christchurch School in 2001 which is centrally located near Richmond, Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. This 125-acre campus is incredibly picturesque and located right next to the historic fishing village of Urbanna, Virginia overlooking the Rappahannock River. The Christchurch School is a regional soccer powerhouse coached by Matt Schaefer and the boys soccer team were Virginia State Champs in 2009! Both Eurotech® and Christchurch are known statewide for their great programs and are excited to host the program once again this season. A main feature of the campus is its ongoing multi-million dollar facelift which has already benefited Eurotech® campers since our first year on campus.

A minimum of 5 players is required for group rates and if bringing a group of 15 or more players, the Coach, Team Manager or Team Mom always attends FREE! Provided with room & board, the Group Representative will be able to help chaperone and work directly with his/her Eurotech® Team Trainer as well as have the opportunity to observe all Eurotech® Coaching Staff at work. NO DEPOSIT is needed to register a group and start recruiting players although a Group Discount Request is required to get set up in the online registration system so your club or team membership can start saving money right away!

Camp Cancellation Insurance - Peace of Mind - $25
Eurotech® offers families Camp Cancellation Protection for a non-refundable fee of $25 per session, due at the time of registration. Should you cancel for any reason, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp tuition fees paid to date. Without Cancellation Protection, if you cancel, Eurotech® will issue a camp credit for any tuition payments made to date. Eurotech® 75-Point Evaluation & PDP - $25
Eurotech® offers an optional 75-Point detailed Evaluation & Personal Development Plan/Workbook to all campers who want personalized feedback from an official on-site ESA Coaching Director. This expanded evaluation will cover Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological dimensions of the game and it can be provided to college recruiters, scouts and high school coaches throughout the year. This evaluation will cover aspects of the game not covered in the included evaluation that all campers receive at the end of the program.

adidas® Soccer Ball - Size 4 or 5 - $30
Eurotech® requires ALL campers to bring a ball to camp to be used daily for the duration of the session. Eurotech® offers  campers an optional special priced adidas® Soccer Ball that can be pre-ordered at the time of registration. Pre-ordered balls will be distributed on the first day of registration. SIZE 4 BALLS ARE TYPICALLY USED BY BOYS AND GIRLS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 8-12 & SIZE 5 BALLS ARE TYPICALLY USED BY BOYS AND GIRLS OVER THE AGE OF 12 - CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL ORGANIZATION TO CONFIRM!

The Eurotech® Skill Trainer Ball is a personal skill trainer. Through multiple repetitions, this versatile training aid was designed to help field players and goalkeepers of all ages and abilities improve their reaction speed, overall fitness, balance, coordination, and first touch skills. It is the #1 soccer training aid in the world and you can pre-order the Eurotech® Skill Trainer Ball & Instructional DVD package for $35 which normally retails for $49.99 in stores. Pre-ordered training ball & DVD packages will be distributed on the first day of registration.

Extra Eurotech® Camp Uniform - $40
All Eurotech® Soccer Academy campers receive, as part of their tuition, an adidas® equipment package (uniform) valued at over $50. The extra uniform package includes 1 T-Shirt, 1 pair of socks and 1 short. Campers are required to wear these uniforms during 3-4 sessions per day as part of the program. Extra uniforms may be ordered during the registration process or, pending availability, at the on-site camp store on the first day of camp.

Limited Enrollment
Due to limited enrollment and popularity, it is important that you apply early. Some camps were sold out last year and were filled weeks ahead of time. You may call our National Office to ensure availability at your desired site.

Registration Confirmation
For express enrollment and instant confirmation, register online today! In all cases, after your online registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation acceptance via email. If you wish to register by mail or fax, please complete the paper application form and return to the Eurotech® National Office. Our online secure viewer protects your information and expedites your registration process. If your desired camp is sold out, we will inform you as quickly as possible and return any monies paid.

Payment Plans & Deposit
Full tuition or $150 deposit is due with fully completed registration. Campers will not be permitted to check-in on the first day of camp unless full payment has been received and processed by Eurotech®. Registration payments may be made by personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Payment plans are available through our online registration system or custom payment plans are always available by calling the Eurotech® National Office at 1-800-679-9830.

Registrations Before June 1, 2012
A deposit of $150 and optional Camp Cancellation Insurance is required on registrations made BEFORE June 1, 2012. Your final payment and all unpaid balances are due by June 1, 2012. Unpaid balances by June 1, 2012 will result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Registrations After June 1, 2012
Full payment of tuition and optional Camp Cancellation Insurance is required on registrations made AFTER June 1, 2012. An Administrative Fee of $25 is also required AFTER June 1, 2012. Registrations made within 14 days prior to the start of camp must be paid by credit card or money order. Registrations are accepted right up to the start of camp where openings exist.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel, for any reason, Eurotech® will issue you a camp credit for all camp tuition fees paid, valid through the following camp season. Your camp credit is transferable (see terms below). Cash refunds will be given ONLY with the purchase of Camp Cancellation Insurance (See terms above). Campers who do not check-in and attend their registered camp session will receive NO refunds or credits and forfeit all camp fees paid. No refunds or credits will be given for voluntary withdrawal, no-shows, or expulsions from camp. Requests for refunds based upon the subjective evaluation of the skill of other campers will not be entertained. Cancellations MUST be received in writing (mail, fax or email) no later than 14 days prior to the start of camp. Camp Credits are only valid for one year. All Refunds/Credits will be processed by September 1, 2012.

Transfer Policy
Transfer of tuition to another camp or to another individual is permitted pending approval by the Eurotech® National Office and space availability. Transfers are only valid for the year in which application is received and are transferable to family members or friends.

Medical Departure Policy
If it is determined by the on-site NATA Certified Athletic Trainer(s) that the camper will not be able to continue training due to a medical reason, then the camper will need to be picked up from camp and the portion of time missed will be issued as a Prorated Credit to attend a Eurotech® Camp in 2013.

Cancelled Camp Sessions
In the unlikely event that Eurotech® Soccer Academy cancels your camp session, we will provide a full refund of camp registration fees paid or gladly transfer you to another site at the discounted Group Rate. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of the camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

Athletic Facilities
The Christchurch School offers fantastic athletic facilities with acres of soccer fields (4 natural grass, 1 stadium field and 1 bermuda grass field!) as well as a full size indoor air-conditioned fieldhouse which all campers get to enjoy during the heat of the day and during early morning SAQ training. Eurotech® also has limited access to Yarborough Gymnasium in the rare case of lightning or bad weather in the area. Campers are encouraged to bring indoor training soccer shoes in case of inclement weather. The main soccer field on campus overlooks the beautiful Rappahannock River and is a camper favorite! 
  
Dormitories/Rooming
Christchurch School has two main dormitory buildings where campers are housed. Scott and Murrell Halls are connected and the Dining Center is on the first floor of the same building! The air-conditioned dorms are a very short walk to the fields and Eurotech® campers are housed in air-conditioned dormitories in twin or in some cases, pending total enrollment, triple rooms. Each floor has a shower room and separate bathroom and each room itself has a sink and mirror. Common areas and lounges are featured on each floor with TV’s and kitchenettes. The first floor houses a modern laundry room that is complimentary to campers, guests and staff. A very short walk separates the dorms from a camp favorite game room, snack bar and TV lounges. Roommate requests are typically honored and attending teams and groups of players will always be roomed in adjacent rooms on the same floor whenever possible.
   
Campus Dining
Cameron Dining Hall is a favorite gathering place for Christchurch students and faculty and will be where the campers will eat all their meals during their stay. The Dining Center features buffet style meals with several entrees daily, full salad/fruit bar, dessert bar, drink bars and a good variety of health conscious as well as camper friendly foods like pizza, burgers and more throughout the week. There are also drink vending machines in the dormitories and Eurotech® will offer the optional nightly Pizza Party for those who have pre-ordered the package for $35 per person during registration.
   
Camp Enrollment
Enrollment at the Virginia camp session has sold out in previous years with 240 campers and in 2012 due to ongoing campus facility construction projects the week’s enrollment will be limited to 100 campers. Teams and individual players from all over Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina are returning and the 2012 season promises to be very strong in attendance. A majority of camp attendees travel from Richmond, Fredericksburg, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Washington Dc and cities in Northern Virginia. Enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis and be set-up to guarantee the correct ratio of goalkeepers to field players.
   
Campus Security
24-hour campus security is also featured and experienced Eurotech® Coaching Staff, Medical Staff, and Counselors live in the dorms and monitor camper activity daily. The school also has a nurse on call and the hospital is a short drive away from campus.
   
About Christchurch School
Christchurch School is a college-preparatory boarding school in Christchurch, Virginia, founded in 1921 by the Episcopal Church Diocese of Virginia and highly regarded for its dynamic, place-based Great Journeys Begin at the River program. The school enrolls slightly more than 200 students, including boarding, day boys and day girls, grades 9-12 and postgraduate. The campus may be modest in size, but you’ll find that they have everything you need. The Headmaster likes to refer to it as a small village, and that’s pretty close – they even have their own zip code! Of course, the first things you’ll notice when you drive on to the campus will be the athletic fields and the field house. You’ll enjoy a good deal of time at these places during your stay at Christchurch. Once you enter the inner campus, you’ll see our dorms, chapel and academic buildings. And then, on foot, you’ll discover what can’t be seen when just driving by the school – the breathtaking view of the Rappahannock River. That view will be there every day of your Christchurch experience. And you’ll never forget it!

Air Transportation Services
Because many of our campers travel by air, we recommend you call your local travel agent or Milne Travel at 1-888-826-1557 and ask for “Eurotech Camp Reservations" or Ingrid Mountain. Milne Travel is the Official Travel Agency for Eurotech® Soccer Worldwide, the NSCAA as well as many other national sports organizations. It is the responsibility of the camper to make all travel plans and forward any flight itineraries to the Eurotech® National Office if a shuttle is being used (see "Shuttle Service" information below). Campers may only arrive on the first day of camp and will be required to depart on the last day of camp.

Ground Transportation/Shuttle Service
Eurotech® also recommends specific shuttle services for this camp location. Reliable and recommended ground transportation companies can be found below. Shuttle service to campers and teams who arrive via air, bus or train may vary from location to location. If you are having problems finding a suitable service, please feel free to contact Eurotech® for assistance. Please note that Eurotech® does not provide a Shuttle Service and can not be responsible for transporting campers to and from airports. It is recommended that younger campers are accompanied by an adult during travel and through the first day registration process.

From Newport News-Williamsburg International Airport (PHF) — As there is no "official" shuttle service provided between the airport and Christchurch School, the easiest way to get to campus from the airport is a taxi. Go to Ground Transportation and get a taxi service to Christchurch School.

From Richmond International Airport (RIC) — As there is no "official" shuttle service provided between the airport and Christchurch School, the easiest way to get to campus from the airport is a taxi. Go to Ground Transportation and get a taxi service to Christchurch School.

Arriving by Train
Amtrak trains arrive into both Richmond and Newport News (Both an hour drive via taxi) passenger terminals daily in each direction on a route to and from Washington DC. To reach Urbanna/Christchurch from the main train station you will need to get a taxi service to Christchurch School.

Arriving by Bus
From the Greyhound Bus Station in nearby Williamsburg, you can get to Urbanna/Christchurch directly and then take a short ride via taxi to Christchurch School. Follow the above directions.

From Richmond, VA
Take I-64 East to Exit 220 (Rt. 33 - West Point).
Follow Rt. 33 East through West Point to Rt. 17 junction at Glenns.
Take left at intersection onto Rt. 17 North and follow to Saluda (3 mi.).
Take right at Saluda exit and in town, turn right onto Rt. 33 East.
Follow Rt. 33 East for 2.6 miles.
Turn left at school entrance.
