Eurotech® Soccer Academy is excited to build upon it’s 4th year of running soccer camps in the state of Texas. UTA is conveniently located in Arlington, Texas right in the middle of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and within close driving distance from most suburbs. This fast growing and beautiful campus is presents the perfect campus for Eurotech® with excellent athletic facilities, incredible air-conditioned dorms and the dining center which is a hundred yards from the dorms! UTA does not yet boast an NCAA soccer team but they do have excellent athletic programs at the NCAA Division II level.

Residential/Overnight/Sleepover Camper
Inclusions: Campers will receive four (4) training sessions per day, 24 instructional modules, full room and board (3 buffet style meals daily-Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), full adidas® training uniform (T-Shirt, short, sock), Sponsor “Swag Bag”, Written Evaluation, Certificate, 24-hour full supervision, roommate requests (up to 14 days before the start of camp), supervised evening activities (swimming, indoor soccer, game room, videos), nightly ESA Pizza Party (optional), and autograph sessions (pending availability). This is the best way to enjoy your Eurotech® camp experience!

Option 1: (4 days/3 Nights-Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday)

Extended Day Camper
Inclusions: Campers will receive three (3) training sessions per day, 18 instructional modules, board (2 buffet style meals daily-Lunch & Dinner), full adidas® training uniform (T-Shirt, short, sock), Sponsor “Swag Bag”, Written Evaluation, Certificate, 11-hour full supervision and autograph sessions (pending availability). Campers arrive at 9:00 a.m. and must be picked up by 8:00 p.m.

Full Day Camper
Inclusions: Campers will receive two (2) training sessions per day, 16 instructional modules, board (1 buffet style meal daily- Lunch only), full adidas® training uniform (T-Shirt, short, sock), Sponsor “Swag Bag”, Written Evaluation, Certificate, 8-hour full supervision and autograph sessions (pending availability). Campers arrive at 9:00 a.m. and must be picked up by 4:45 p.m.

Eurotech® works with more clubs and teams than any other organization! There must be a minimum of 5 campers in the group to receive the discount and ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST be received through our online registration system to receive group rates. The group of 5 can consist of any age group, program combination or be made up of both goalkeepers and field players! All Eurotech® requires is a designated Club or Team Coordinator to promote the program to his/her club or team.

Registering a Group
A minimum of 5 players is required for group rates and if bringing a group of 15 or more players, the Coach, Team Manager or Team Mom always attends FREE! Provided with room & board, the Group Representative will be able to help chaperone and work directly with his/her Eurotech® Team Trainer as well as have the opportunity to observe all Eurotech® Coaching Staff at work. NO DEPOSIT is needed to register a group and start recruiting players although a Group Discount Request is required to get set up in the online registration system so your club or team membership can start saving money right away!

Early Discount - Register Before May 1 & Save $25!
All campers have the opportunity to save $25 if registering before May 1. Campers may combine any of the Eurotech® Camp Discounts featured below in addition to the Early Discount.

Former Camper Discount - Save $25!
All Eurotech® Alumni and Former Campers save $25 off tuition instantly regardless of when they register for camp. Eurotech® Alumni can take advantage of this opportunity to save $25, regardless of what year they attended camp!

Family Discount – Save $50!
Campers from the same immediate family will receive a Family Discount of $50 for each additional sibling. Many campers express interest in attending two or more sessions during the summer. If you wish to attend any two weeks, you may deduct $50 from the second week you are attending.

Camp Fundraising & Scholarships
Eurotech® has created a unique partnership with My Sports Dreams & ESPN Fundraising, providing all campers the opportunity to attend camp for FREE! Camp Cancellation Insurance - Peace of Mind - $25
Eurotech® offers families Camp Cancellation Protection for a non-refundable fee of $25 per session, due at the time of registration. Should you cancel for any reason, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp tuition fees paid to date. Without Cancellation Protection, if you cancel, Eurotech® will issue a camp credit for any tuition payments made to date. Your camp credit is transferable to an immediate family member and is valid through 2013. (Please note: $25 Cancellation Insurance is non-refundable)

Eurotech® Pizza Party - $30
The Eurotech® Pizza Party is a new twist on an old Eurotech® camp tradition! A camper and staff favorite, all overnight campers may participate in the optional Pizza Party after the nightly evening activities. Campers have the option to pre-pay for the nightly Pizza Party Package when registering for camp which guarantees them plenty of pizza every night! Campers and staff will enjoy fresh pizza delivered directly after the evening activities and the cost is only $30 per person for each session! IF YOU ARE ATTENDING TWO SESSIONS BACK TO BACK MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION TWICE!

Eurotech® 75-Point Evaluation & PDP - $25
Eurotech® offers an optional 75-Point detailed Evaluation & Personal Development Plan/Workbook to all campers who want personalized feedback from an official on-site ESA Coaching Director. This expanded evaluation will cover Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological dimensions of the game and it can be provided to college recruiters, scouts and high school coaches throughout the year. This evaluation will cover aspects of the game not covered in the included evaluation that all campers receive at the end of the program.

adidas® Soccer Ball - Size 4 or 5 - $30
Eurotech® requires ALL campers to bring a ball to camp to be used daily for the duration of the session. Eurotech® offers campers an optional special priced adidas® Soccer Ball that can be pre-ordered at the time of registration. Pre-ordered balls will be distributed on the first day of registration. SIZE 4 BALLS ARE TYPICALLY USED BY BOYS AND GIRLS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 8-12 & SIZE 5 BALLS ARE TYPICALLY USED BY BOYS AND GIRLS OVER THE AGE OF 12 - CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL ORGANIZATION TO CONFIRM!

Eurotech® Skill Trainer Ball & DVD - $35
The Eurotech® Skill Trainer Ball is a personal skill trainer. Through multiple repetitions, this versatile training aid was designed to help field players and goalkeepers of all ages and abilities improve their reaction speed, overall fitness, balance, coordination, and first touch skills. It is the #1 soccer training aid in the world and you can pre-order the Eurotech® Skill Trainer Ball & Instructional DVD package for $35 which normally retails for $49.99 in stores. Pre-ordered training ball & DVD packages will be distributed on the first day of registration.

Extra Eurotech® Camp Uniform - $40
All Eurotech® Soccer Academy campers receive, as part of their tuition, an adidas® equipment package (uniform) valued at over $50. The extra uniform package includes 1 T-Shirt, 1 pair of socks and 1 short. Campers are required to wear these uniforms during 3-4 sessions per day as part of the program. Extra uniforms may be ordered during the registration process or, pending availability, at the on-site camp store on the first day of camp.

Eurotech Terms, Conditions & Payment Policies

Limited Enrollment
Due to limited enrollment and popularity, it is important that you apply early. Some camps were sold out last year and were filled weeks ahead of time. You may call our National Office to ensure availability at your desired site.

Registration Confirmation
For express enrollment and instant confirmation, register online today! In all cases, after your online registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation acceptance via email. If you wish to register by mail or fax, please complete the paper application form and return to the Eurotech® National Office. Our online secure viewer protects your information and expedites your registration process. If your desired camp is sold out, we will inform you as quickly as possible and return any monies paid.

Payment Plans & Deposit
Full tuition or $150 deposit is due with fully completed registration. Campers will not be permitted to check-in on the first day of camp unless full payment has been received and processed by Eurotech®. Registration payments may be made by personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Payment plans are available through our online registration system or custom payment plans are always available by calling the Eurotech® National Office at 1-800-679-9830.

Registrations Before June 1, 2012
A deposit of $150 and optional Camp Cancellation Insurance is required on registrations made BEFORE June 1, 2012. Your final payment and all unpaid balances are due by June 1, 2012. Unpaid balances by June 1, 2012 will result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Registrations After June 1, 2012
Full payment of tuition and optional Camp Cancellation Insurance is required on registrations made AFTER June 1, 2012. An Administrative Fee of $25 is also required AFTER June 1, 2012. Registrations made within 14 days prior to the start of camp must be paid by credit card or money order. Registrations are accepted right up to the start of camp where openings exist.

Camp Cancellation Insurance - Peace of Mind

Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel, for any reason, Eurotech® will issue you a camp credit for all camp tuition fees paid, valid through the following camp season. Your camp credit is transferable (see terms below). Cash refunds will be given ONLY with the purchase of Camp Cancellation Insurance (See terms above). Campers who do not check-in and attend their registered camp session will receive NO refunds or credits and forfeit all camp fees paid. No refunds or credits will be given for voluntary withdrawal, no-shows, or expulsions from camp. Requests for refunds based upon the subjective evaluation of the skill of other campers will not be entertained. Cancellations MUST be received in writing (mail, fax or email) no later than 14 days prior to the start of camp. Camp Credits are only valid for one year. All Refunds/Credits will be processed by September 1, 2012.

Transfer Policy
Transfer of tuition to another camp or to another individual is permitted pending approval by the Eurotech® National Office and space availability. Transfers are only valid for the year in which application is received and are transferable to family members or friends.

Medical Departure Policy
If it is determined by the on-site NATA Certified Athletic Trainer(s) that the camper will not be able to continue training due to a medical reason, then the camper will need to be picked up from camp and the portion of time missed will be issued as a Prorated Credit to attend a Eurotech® Camp in 2013.

Cancelled Camp Sessions
In the unlikely event that Eurotech® Soccer Academy cancels your camp session, we will provide a full refund of camp registration fees paid or gladly transfer you to another site at the discounted Group Rate. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of the camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

University of Texas-Arlington

Campus Overview

Athletic Facilities
University of Texas-Arlington offers incredible athletic facilities and boasts 4 manicured and lighted grass fields at the UT-Arlington Sports Complex in addition to the UTA Football Stadium which features a brand new modern turf field. The campus also features a brand new $34.5 million 190,000 square foot indoor sports center called the Maverick Activities Center with volleyball courts, basketball courts, weight rooms, cardio center, indoor rock climbing wall, and much more! One of the main features of this ultra modern sports center is a full size indoor soccer field complete with dasher boards and a sport court surface that provides Eurotech® an indoor training facility in case of severe lightning or consistent bad weather in the area. Campers are encouraged to bring indoor training soccer shoes in case of inclement weather.

Dormitories/Rooming
Eurotech® campers are housed in modern air-conditioned dormitories complete with an amazing common area featuring vending machines, billiards table, ping pong table, large screen TV, internet lounge, and outdoor picnic amenities. The dorm rooms accommodate 2 campers per room with en-suite bathrooms. There are also typically a few rooms on each floor that can accommodate 3-4 campers. Roommate requests are typically honored and attending teams and groups of players will always be roomed in adjacent rooms on the same floor whenever possible. Laundry facilities on each floor and wing of the dorm feature folding tables and plenty of coin operated washers and dryers accessible to all campers, guests, and staff. This campus also features a full billiards hall and bowling alley which is reserved for all Eurotech® campers on Wednesday evening!

Campus Dining
The UT Arlington Dining Center featuring the modern Connection Cafe offers a wide variety of meal choices and buffet style dining with several entrees daily, full salad/fruit bar, dessert bar, drink bar, and a camper favorite-The Grill, where campers can order all their favorites like pizza and burgers during both lunch and dinner! This campus also features an Einstein Bagel shop, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Pizza Hut, Subway and Panda Express in a food court that rivals any shopping mall in America! There are also drink vending machines in the dormitories and Eurotech® will offer the optional nightly Pizza Party for those who have pre-ordered the package for $30 per person during registration.

Camp Enrollment
Camp enrollment at UTA is growing every year and since it is a newer Eurotech® site, more campers are anticipated to attend every year to reach sell-out capacity. UTA also attracts many international campers who also enjoy the cultural aspect of the program in addition to it’s ideal central location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This beautiful campus has undergone a multimillion dollar facelift and with it’s convenient proximity to every suburb in the metroplex, incredible athletic facilities and air-conditioned dormitories, our enrollment will be limited to 80 campers in 2012. This camp will cater to both groups and individual players from all over the region including Oklahoma and South Texas. Enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis and be set-up to guarantee the correct ratios of goalkeepers to field players as well as camp staff to campers.

Campus Security
UTA is a very secure campus and features 24-hour security guards who work directly with the Eurotech® Director on-site along with experienced UTA Summer Camp Staff, Eurotech® Coaching Staff, Medical Staff, and Counselors who also live in the dorms and monitor camper activity daily. The dorms feature a card access system upon entry in addition to the main reception area of each dorm being UTA staffed 24/7. The hospital is also located conveniently just minutes away, a short distance from campus.

About The University of Texas-Arlington
UT Arlington was founded in 1895, became a senior college in 1959 and joined the UT System in 1965. The institution received its current name by act of the state legislature making each of the UT System campuses “The University of Texas at…” The students adopted the Mavericks nickname in 1971 after controversy over the former Rebel theme and Old South symbols. Since then, the University has advanced quite an amazing distance. Its ever-expanding facilities span 420 acres and include over 100 buildings, some of which are the oldest in the Dallas metro area and a newly established campus in downtown Ft. Worth, Texas.

Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) — approximately 30 minutes from University of Texas-Arlington

Air Transportation Services
Because many of our campers travel by air, we recommend you call your local travel agent or Milne Travel at 1-888-826-1557 and ask for “Eurotech Camp Reservations" or Ingrid Mountain. Milne Travel is the Official Travel Agency for Eurotech® Soccer Worldwide, the NSCAA as well as many other national sports organizations. It is the responsibility of the camper to make all travel plans and forward any flight itineraries to the Eurotech® National Office if a shuttle is being used (see "Shuttle Service" information below). Campers may only arrive on the first day of camp and will be required to depart on the last day of camp.

Ground Transportation/Shuttle Service
Eurotech® also recommends specific shuttle services for this camp location. Reliable and recommended ground transportation companies can be found below. Shuttle service to campers and teams who arrive via air, bus or train may vary from location to location. If you are having problems finding a suitable service, please feel free to contact Eurotech® for assistance. Please note that Eurotech® does not provide a Shuttle Service and can not be responsible for transporting campers to and from airports. It is recommended that younger campers are accompanied by an adult during travel and through the first day registration process.

From Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) — Supershuttle, a shuttle service, leaves from each terminal and runs regularly to Arlington and UTA. For departure information and reservations call 817-329-2000. A one-way ticket is approximately $35; round-trip is approximately $70.

From Love Field Airport (DAL) — It is least expensive to take Supershuttle Shuttle Service for approximately $35 one way. For more information call 817-329-2000.

Arriving by Train
Amtrak trains arrive into both Dallas and Fort Worth once daily in each direction on a route from Chicago to Austin to San Antonio. To reach Arlington from the main train station you will need to get a taxi or shuttle service to University of Texas-Arlington.

Arriving by Bus
From the Greyhound Bus Depot in Dallas or Fort Worth, you can get to Arlington directly and then take a short ride via taxi to the University of Texas-Arlington. Follow the above directions.
