Eurotech® Soccer Academy is entering its 13th year of running soccer camps in the state of Louisiana. The tradition started at soccer powerhouse St. Paul’s School in Covington on the "North Shore" and when they decided to convert the campus to a day school in 2006, Eurotech® moved it’s camp to "Cajun Country" and Nicholls State University to stay as close to their loyal following as possible. Women’s Soccer at Division 1 Nicholls State University is also making a comeback with new Head Coach and Eurotech® Regional Director, Dylan Harrison at the helm. Dylan is a Louisiana native and we are excited to have him on the team! Eurotech® and NSU are both known for their great programs and we believe NSU to be one of the top facilities hosting our camp program each summer. The campus is already home to other National Camps such as the Peyton Manning Football Passing Academy. A main feature of the NSU campus is it’s multi-million dollar facelift which is an ongoing project benefiting Eurotech® campers since our first year on campus in 2007.

Inclusions: Campers will receive four (4) training sessions per day, 24 instructional modules, full room and board (3 buffet style meals daily-Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), full adidas® training uniform (T-Shirt, short, sock), Sponsor “Swag Bag”, Written Evaluation, Certificate, 24-hour full supervision, roommate requests (up to 14 days before the start of camp), supervised evening activities (swimming, indoor soccer, game room, videos), nightly ESA Pizza Party (optional), and autograph sessions (pending availability). This is the best way to enjoy your Eurotech® camp experience!

Extended Day Camper

Campers arrive at 9:00 a.m. and must be picked up by 8:00 p.m.

Campers arrive at 9:00 a.m. and must be picked up by 4:45 p.m.

Eurotech® works with more clubs and teams than any other organization! There must be a minimum of 5 campers in the group to receive the discount and ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST be received through our online registration system to receive group rates. The group of 5 can consist of any age group, program combination or be made up of both goalkeepers and field players! All Eurotech® requires is a designated Club or Team Coordinator to promote the program to his/her club or team.

Registering a Group
A minimum of 5 players is required for group rates and if bringing a group of 15 or more players, the Coach, Team Manager or Team Mom always attends FREE! Provided with room & board, the Group Representative will be able to help chaperone and work directly with his/her Eurotech® Team Trainer as well as have the opportunity to observe all Eurotech® Coaching Staff at work. NO DEPOSIT is needed to register a group and start recruiting players although a Group Discount Request is required to get set up in the online registration system so your club or team membership can start saving money right away!

Early Discount - Register Before May 1 & Save $25!
All campers have the opportunity to save $25 if registering before May 1. Campers may combine any of the Eurotech® Camp Discounts featured below in addition to the Early Discount.

Former Camper Discount - Save $25!
All Eurotech® Alumni and Former Campers save $25 off tuition instantly regardless of when they register for camp. Eurotech® Alumni can take advantage of this opportunity to save $25, regardless of what year they attended camp!

Family Discount – Save $50!
Campers from the same immediate family will receive a Family Discount of $50 for each additional sibling. Many campers express interest in attending two or more sessions during the summer. If you wish to attend any two weeks, you may deduct $50 from the second week you are attending.

Camp Cancellation Insurance - Peace of Mind - $25
Eurotech® offers families Camp Cancellation Protection for a non-refundable fee of $25 per session, due at the time of registration. Should you cancel for any reason, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp tuition fees paid to date. Without Cancellation Protection, if you cancel, Eurotech® will issue a camp credit for any tuition payments made to date. Your camp credit is transferable to an immediate family member and is valid through 2013. (Please note: $25 Cancellation Insurance is non-refundable)

Eurotech® Pizza Party - $30
The Eurotech® Pizza Party is a new twist on an old Eurotech® camp tradition! A camper and staff favorite, all overnight campers may participate in the optional Pizza Party after the nightly evening activities. Campers have the option to pre-pay for the nightly Pizza Party Package when registering for camp which guarantees them plenty of pizza every night! Campers and staff will enjoy fresh pizza delivered directly after the evening activities and the cost is only $30 per person for each session! IF YOU ARE ATTENDING TWO SESSIONS BACK TO BACK MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION TWICE!

Eurotech® 75-Point Evaluation & PDP - $25
Eurotech® offers an optional 75-Point detailed Evaluation & Personal Development Plan/Workbook to all campers who want personalized feedback from an official on-site ESA Coaching Director. This expanded evaluation will cover Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological dimensions of the game and it can be provided to college recruiters, scouts and high school coaches throughout the year. This evaluation will cover aspects of the game not covered in the included evaluation that all campers receive at the end of the program.

adidas® Soccer Ball - Size 4 or 5 - $30
Eurotech® requires ALL campers to bring a ball to camp to be used daily for the duration of the session. Eurotech® offers campers an optional special priced adidas® Soccer Ball that can be pre-ordered at the time of registration. Pre-ordered balls will be distributed on the first day of registration. SIZE 4 BALLS ARE TYPICALLY USED BY BOYS AND GIRLS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 8-12 & SIZE 5 BALLS ARE TYPICALLY USED BY BOYS AND GIRLS OVER THE AGE OF 12 - CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL ORGANIZATION TO CONFIRM!

Eurotech® Skill Trainer Ball & DVD - $35
The Eurotech® Skill Trainer Ball is a personal skill trainer. Through multiple repetitions, this versatile training aid was designed to help field players and goalkeepers of all ages and abilities improve their reaction speed, overall fitness, balance, coordination, and first touch skills. It is the #1 soccer training aid in the world and you can pre-order the Eurotech® Skill Trainer Ball & Instructional DVD package for $35 which normally retails for $49.99 in stores. Pre-ordered training ball & DVD packages will be distributed on the first day of registration.

Extra Eurotech® Camp Uniform - $40
All Eurotech® Soccer Academy campers receive, as part of their tuition, an adidas® equipment package (uniform) valued at over $50. The extra uniform package includes 1 T-Shirt, 1 pair of socks and 1 short. Campers are required to wear these uniforms during 3-4 sessions per day as part of the program. Extra uniforms may be ordered during the registration process or, pending availability, at the on-site camp store on the first day of camp.

Eurotech Terms, Conditions & Payment Policies

Camp Question Hotline

Limited Enrollment
Due to limited enrollment and popularity, it is important that you apply early. Some camps were sold out last year and were filled weeks ahead of time. You may call our National Office to ensure availability at your desired site.

Registration Confirmation
For express enrollment and instant confirmation, register online today! In all cases, after your online registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation acceptance via email. If you wish to register by mail or fax, please complete the paper application form and return to the Eurotech® National Office. Our online secure viewer protects your information and expedites your registration process. If your desired camp is sold out, we will inform you as quickly as possible and return any monies paid.

Payment Plans & Deposit
Full tuition or $150 deposit is due with fully completed registration. Campers will not be permitted to check-in on the first day of camp unless full payment has been received and processed by Eurotech®. Registration payments may be made by personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Payment plans are available through our online registration system or custom payment plans are always available by calling the Eurotech® National Office at 1-800-679-9830.

Registrations Before June 1, 2012
A deposit of $150 and optional Camp Cancellation Insurance is required on registrations made BEFORE June 1, 2012. Your final payment and all unpaid balances are due by June 1, 2012. Unpaid balances by June 1, 2012 will result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Registrations After June 1, 2012
Full payment of tuition and optional Camp Cancellation Insurance is required on registrations made AFTER June 1, 2012. An Administrative Fee of $25 is also required AFTER June 1, 2012. Registrations made within 14 days prior to the start of camp must be paid by credit card or money order. Registrations are accepted right up to the start of camp where openings exist.

Camp Cancellation Insurance - Peace of Mind

Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel, for any reason, Eurotech® will issue you a camp credit for all camp tuition fees paid, valid through the following camp season. Your camp credit is transferable (see terms below). Cash refunds will be given ONLY with the purchase of Camp Cancellation Insurance (See terms above). Campers who do not check-in and attend their registered camp session will receive NO refunds or credits and forfeit all camp fees paid. No refunds or credits will be given for voluntary withdrawal, no-shows, or expulsions from camp. Requests for refunds based upon the subjective evaluation of the skill of other campers will not be entertained. Cancellations MUST be received in writing (mail, fax or email) no later than 14 days prior to the start of camp. Camp Credits are only valid for one year. All Refunds/Credits will be processed by September 1, 2012.

Transfer Policy
Transfer of tuition to another camp or to another individual is permitted pending approval by the Eurotech® National Office and space availability. Transfers are only valid for the year in which application is received and are transferable to family members or friends.

Medical Departure Policy
If it is determined by the on-site NATA Certified Athletic Trainer(s) that the camper will not be able to continue training due to a medical reason, then the camper will need to be picked up from camp and the portion of time missed will be issued as a Prorated Credit to attend a Eurotech® Camp in 2013.

Cancelled Camp Sessions
In the unlikely event that Eurotech® Soccer Academy cancels your camp session, we will provide a full refund of camp registration fees paid or gladly transfer you to another site at the discounted Group Rate. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of the camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

Nicholls State University

Campus Overview

Athletic Facilities
NSU offers athletic facilities with acres of natural grass fields (12 grass and 1 turf stadium field!) as well as an Olympic sized outdoor pool used for recovery, regeneration, and recreation by campers pending availability. We also have access to two large gymnasiums which are used for indoor training in case of lightning or bad weather in the area. Campers are encouraged to bring indoor training soccer shoes or sneakers in case of inclement weather. A newly landscaped campus and manicured soccer fields top off the facilities.

Dormitories/Rooming
The brand new dorms are a very short walk to the fields and Eurotech® campers are now housed in air-conditioned dormitories comparable to a 3-star hotel complete with an amazing common area, billiards hall, first floor laundry facility, internet lounge, mini-theatre room and outdoor picnic amenities. The dorm rooms accommodate 2 campers per room and roommate requests are typically honored. Attending teams and groups of players will always be roomed in adjacent rooms on the same floor whenever possible. Laundry facilities on the first floor feature a vending machine with detergents and laundry supplies, folding tables and plenty of coin operated washers and dryers accessible to all campers, guests and staff.

Campus Dining
The brand new NSU Dining Center is literally across the street offering buffet style meals with several entrees daily, full salad/fruit bar, dessert bar, drink bar, and a camper favorite -The Grill, where campers can order all their favorites like pizza and burgers during both lunch and dinner! There are also drink vending machines in the dormitories and Eurotech® will offer the optional nightly Pizza Party for those who have pre-ordered the package for $35 per person during registration.

Camp Enrollment
Enrollment in the Louisiana camp session has always been high with sell-outs of up to 300 campers when at St. Paul’s School. Since the move to NSU and what they are hearing about the new facilities, teams and individual players from all over Louisiana, Mississippi and southern Texas are returning and the 2011 session at NSU will be limited to 125 campers. Enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis and be set-up to guarantee the correct ratio of goalkeepers and field players.

Campus Security
24-hour campus security is also featured and experienced Eurotech® Coaching Staff, Medical Staff and Counselors live in the dorms and monitor camper activity daily. The dorm reception area is also fully staffed 24/7 for added security and peace of mind.

About Nicholls State University
Nicholls State University, founded in 1948, is a public university located in Thibodaux, Louisiana, USA. Nicholls is part of the University of Louisiana System of universities. Originally called Francis T. Nicholls Junior College, the institution split from the Louisiana State University System in 1956. The university is named for Francis T. Nicholls, a former governor of Louisiana, and member of the Louisiana Supreme Court. The 287-acre campus, once part of historic Acadia Plantation, fronts on Bayou Lafourche, about 50 miles southwest of New Orleans and 60 miles southeast of Baton Rouge. Nicholls is located in Acadiana, also known as "Cajun Country," an area rich in tradition and culture. It is also located in the heart of the Mississippi River Delta, allowing easy access to the river, its distributaries, Louisiana’s wetlands, and the Gulf of Mexico. The school is sometimes referred to as "Our Harvard on the Bayou;" the university bookstore even sells shirts sporting this light-hearted nickname. Nicholls is also the home of the John Folse Culinary Institute.

Designated Airport & Shuttle Information

Arriving by Plane
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) — approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Nicholls State University

Air Transportation Services
Because many of our campers travel by air, we recommend you call your local travel agent or Milne Travel at 1-888-826-1557 and ask for “Eurotech Camp Reservations" or Ingrid Mountain. Milne Travel is the Official Travel Agency for Eurotech® Soccer Worldwide, the NSCAA as well as many other national sports organizations. It is the responsibility of the camper to make all travel plans and forward any flight itineraries to the Eurotech® National Office if a shuttle is being used (see "Shuttle Service" information below). Campers may only arrive on the first day of camp and will be required to depart on the last day of camp.

Ground Transportation/Shuttle Service
Eurotech® also recommends specific shuttle services for this camp location. Reliable and recommended ground transportation companies can be found below. Shuttle service to campers and teams who arrive via air, bus or train may vary from location to location. If you are having problems finding a suitable service, please feel free to contact Eurotech® for assistance. Please note that Eurotech® does not provide a Shuttle Service and can not be responsible for transporting campers to and from airports. It is recommended that younger campers are accompanied by an adult during travel and through the first day registration process.

From Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) — As there is no "official" shuttle service provided between the airport and Nicholls State University. The easiest way to get to campus from the airport is a taxi. Go to Ground Transportation and get a taxi service to NSU.

Arriving by Train
Amtrak trains arrive into New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal daily in each direction on a route to and from Chicago. To reach Thibodaux from the main train station you will need to get a taxi service to Nicholls State University.

Arriving by Bus
From the Greyhound Bus Station on Loyola Avenue in New Orleans, you can get to Thibodaux directly and then take a short ride via taxi to Nicholls State University. Follow the above directions.

Interstate 10 (I-10) to Interstate 310 (I-310) Houma/Boutte Exit.Follow I-310 over the Luling Bridge.Continue on I-310 to the end. Take the Houma exit (right). You will be on U.S. Hwy 90 West.Continue U.S. Hwy 90 to LA Hwy 182.Follow LA Hwy 182to LA Hwy 1 (you will cross Bayou Lafourche and turn right at the red light).Continue on LA Hwy 1 to Nicholls State University. You will see the parking circle of Nicholls on the left side of the Highway.

Directions from Baton Rouge
Interstate 10 (I-10) East (toward New Orleans).Exit 182 Donaldsonville/Sorrento (Sunshine Bridge). Exit right to LA Hwy 22.Follow LA Hwy 22 to LA Hwy 70. (There will be a flashing light and a Sunshine Bridge sign). Turn left at the flashing light onto LA Hwy 70.

Follow LA Hwy 70 across the Sunshine Bridge. The Highway will fork. Stay left (there will be a Thibodaux/Napoleonville sign). You will come to a 4-way stop, stay straight. You will turn left on Spur 70 (there will be a Thibodaux sign).Follow Spur 70 to the 4-way stop. Cross-Bayou Lafourche and turn left on LA Hwy 1.Continue on LA Hwy 1 to Thibodaux and Nicholls State University. You will see the parking circle of Nicholls to your right.

Directions from Lafayette
Interstate 49 (I-49) East/LA Hwy 90 East. Pass through Morgan City continuing on LA Hwy 90 East.Take the Chacahoula/Thibodaux Exit.There will be a red light at LA 20 and Main Project Road.Continue on LA 20 East under the overpass.Turn right onto LA 20 West. You will come to a red light at LA 648 turn left.Turn left onto Audubon Drive (Nicholls State University sign).Stay on Audubon Drive (you will pass through campus) until you come to the red light at LA Hwy 1. Turn right on LA Hwy 1. You will see the circular drive on your right.
