San Marino is the world’s oldest Republic. Set inland, but close to the Adriatic Riviera of Italy. It is located close to Rimini, about 4 hours northeast of Rome. This historic Republic has a wonderful summer climate-you will enjoy your stay here.
Tournament Format
All categories are divided into groups of 4 or 5 teams. Teams will play a minimum of 3 games during the qualifications. At the end 8 teams from each category will go to the Quarter Finals. The remaining 8 teams of each category will be included in a B tournament and will qualify to the final playing elimination games. The tournament is played on 10 grass fields.
Tournament Facilities
The San Marino Cup will take place on the grass soccer grounds of the Republic of San Marino whose territory is part of the Italian peninsula. San Marino is the location for the official tournament heaquarter called CENTRO AZZURRO and the Olympic soccer stadium of Serravalle where the opening ceremony and final games will take place Other quality soccer grounds will be available in the close towns of San Leo, Verucchio-VillaVerucchio and Corpolò.
Age Dispensation
Age Dispensation, maximum of 3 over-age players for each team only one year older.
Matches, squads and substitutions
Category A : 2 halves of 15 minutes each
Categories B and F : 2 halves of 20 minutes each
Categories C and G : 2 halves of 25 minutes each
Categories D, E, H and I : 2 halves of 30 minutes each
A maximum of 24 players can be listed in each squad, a maximum of 7 substitutions are allowed per game per team.
A minimum of 4 games are guaranteed.

· Youth Hostels, Dormitories normally room between 2-14 people
· Schools, each team has a dedicated classroom
· Residential Colleges, individuals are housed in university style accommodation, 1-4 persons per room
· Sports Colleges, a popular choice to combine training with the tournament.
