The Manchester Festival is Britain’s largest soccer tournament attracting over 500 teams from 25 nations offering your team the opportunity to compete against international teams and enjoy a memorable stay in this truly great soccer city. Manchester is world famous, as the home of Premier League clubs Manchester United and Manchester City. The festival offers the unique experience of a visit to Manchester United’s world famous Old Trafford Stadium, museum, the new “Megastore” and more!
Tournament Format
All teams will commence playing in groups, the teams placed first and second will enter the Knockout Competition. Other teams will compete in the Plate Competition. All teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 5/6 games

Manchester University’s magnificent Sports Grounds are recognised as one of Europe’s finest tournament venues with 26 immaculately maintained football pitches located on one site.
Age Dispensation
Age Dispensation will be available prior to the tournament
Matches, squads and substitutions
The Competition is sanctioned by the Football Association, UEFA and FIFA .All referees will be registered with the Football Association. The duration of the games will be 25 and 30 minutes each way according to the category. Three officials will be used for all semi-final and final games Substitutes: Boys and girls will be allowed up to seven substitutes per game and five will be permitted to play

Class B, Youth, Born after 31st August 1989
Class C, Boys, Born after 31st August 1991
Class D, Boys, Born after 31st August 1992
Class E, Boys, Born after 31st August 1993

Class G, Boys, Born after 31st August 1995
