STEP 1: Documents - Return signed Agreement, Membership Form, Medical Form, photocopy of Passport and Criminal Background Form faxed back to Eurotech®.
STEP 2: Visa Processing - Eurotech® provides all visa administration and processing, but all staff members are expected to meet submission deadlines of all information to the required standards!
STEP 3: Criminal Background Check - All staff are required to have on file Criminal Background documents (translated in English).
STEP 4: International Staff Guide – All foreign staff will receive a highly informative web-based International Staff Guide which will cover topics in regards to being placed with Eurotech® and traveling in the U.S.
STEP 5: Embassy Interview - After receipt of the Official DS-2019 Form via Express Mail, you must schedule an American Embassy Interview. Detailed instructions concerning this process will be forwarded via email.
STEP 6: Flights – Airfare will be arranged by Eurotech® for a July 1st morning departure and August 11th afternoon/evening departure back to Europe.
STEP 7: Staff Orientation/Symposium – All staff attend the week long training program where staff coaches and director’s are required to attend a series of theoretical seminars and practical workshops designed to prepare them for the upcoming camp placements. As part of this exciting annual event, all staff coaches are required to complete the American Red Cross® Sports Safety Course and Certification, Eurotech® Camp Management Diploma, Eurotech® National Camp Coaching License, and the unique practical camp coaching modules.
