The highlight of the Eurotech® staff development program is the annual staff orientation, workshop and international coaching symposium event. All Eurotech coaching and management staff are required to participate in this exciting event. 

This highly anticipated week long event held at the Christchurch School in Virginia is comprised of a combination of classroom sessions and practical field assessments along with an opening orientation, the National Camp Management Diploma, National Camp Coaching License course, American Red Cross Sport Safety Training and certification, CPR training and certification, practical demonstrations by senior staff coaches, practical coaching assessments and evaluations as well as theoretical workshops on topics such as coaching theory and child development.

The annual Eurotech® International Symposium is not only an opportunity for new coaches to gain a greater insight of what is expected of them throughout the summer program, but also allows them to meet returning, experienced coaches and full-time staff in a social environment.
