Jim has established himself as one of the brightest professionals in youth soccer, founding Eurotech International Soccer, Ltd., America’s #1 Soccer Camp & Tour Company® and a nationally recognized training program for developing players of all ages. As National Director, he has been instrumental in elevating thousands of players, teams, and clubs to new levels of excellence with his worldwide programs. He is also founder and chairman of the International Soccer Conditioning Institute (ISCI™), the only institute of its kind in the world dedicated to research and development in soccer specific conditioning. His playing career started in the highly acclaimed German youth programs in the Kaiserslautern area and ended with several teams in the USISL and National Professional Soccer League (NPSL).
