Limited Enrollment
Due to limited enrollment and popularity, it is important that you apply early. Most camps were sold out last year and were filled weeks ahead of time. You may call our main office to ensure availability at your desired site.
Registration Confirmation
For express enrollment and confirmation, register by calling today! We will inform you immediately of your acceptance into camp. If you wish to register by mail or fax, please complete the application form and return to the Eurotech® Corporate Office. Our online secure viewer protects your information and expedites your registration process. In all cases, after your application is received and processed by Eurotech®, you will receive a confirmation email. If your desired camp is sold out, we will inform you as quickly as possible and return any monies paid.
Family & Multiple Camp Discounts
Students from the same immediate family will receive a family discount of $25 for each additional sibling. Many students express interest in attending two or more sessions during the summer. If you wish to attend any two weeks, you may deduct $100 from the second week you are attending. Students cannot combine discounts!
Team & Group Discounts
Eurotech® is America’s #1 Team Camp and works with more teams than any other organization! There must be at least 10 students in the group and all applications must be received at the same time in the same envelope to receive team rates. The group of ten can consist of any combination or goalkeepers and field players.
Registering a Team
A minimum of 10 players is required and the coach always attends free of charge! Provided with room & board, the coach will work with his/her team trainer and have the opportunity to observe all Eurotech® coaching staff at work. A Team Reservation Form is required to reserve space for a team. Teams who register prior to May 15, 2008 will avoid additional registration fees. Call for details!
Camp Fundraising & Scholarships
Eurotech® has created a unique partnership with My Sports Dreams Fundraising , which provides all campers the opportunity to attend camp for FREE in 2008! Scholarships are also available for teams who register 15 or more students. Please call a Eurotech® Account Manager for additional information on these exciting programs!
Payment Policy
Full tuition or non-refundable $250 deposit is due with fully completed application. Students will not be permitted to check in on the first day of camp unless full payment has been received and processed by Eurotech®. Registration payments may be made by personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. When paying by credit card, the full amount will be charged.
Registrations Before May 15, 2008
A non-refundable deposit of $250 and optional Camp Refund/Injury Insurance is required on registrations made before May 15, 2008. Your final payment is due by May 15, 2008. Unpaid balances by May 15, 2008 will result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
Registrations After May 15, 2008
Full payment of tuition and optional Camp Refund/Injury Insurance is required after May 15, 2008. Registrations made within 14 days prior to the start of camp must be paid by credit card or money order. There will be an additional registration fee due of $25.00 for all applications received after May 15, 2008.
Cancellations
Should you cancel for any reason before May 15, 2008 without purchasing the Camp Refund/Injury Insurance, you will receive a full camp credit to be used in 2009. Camp Credits are only valid for one year. Cancellations made after May 15, 2008 will result in forfeiture of all camp registration fees. A full refund will be given only with the purchase of Camp Refund/Injury Insurance (see below). There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy!
Transfer Policy
Transfer of tuition to another camp or to another individual is permitted pending approval by the Eurotech® Corporate Office and space availability. Transfers are only valid for the year in which application is received and are transferable to family members or friends.
Camp Refund/Injury Insurance - Peace of Mind
Life is sometimes unpredictable. To inhibit unexpected obstacles, Eurotech® offers Camp Refund/Injury Insurance for a nominal non-refundable $35, due at time of registration. Should you cancel for any reason PRIOR to the start of your camp date, Camp Refund/Injury Insurance entitles you to a full refund of tuition paid.
Eurotech® will have NATA Certified Athletic Trainer(s) at each site to tend to injuries and minor ailments. If it is determined by the on-site Head Athletic Trainer that the student will not be able to continue training then the student will need to be picked up from camp and a Prorated Credit Only will be issued based on early departure from camp less the deposit - This will ONLY apply with the purchase of Camp Refund/Injury Insurance. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy!
Air Travel Information
Because many of our campers travel by airlines, we recommend you call New Haven Travel Service/American Express Rep. At 1-800-243-1806 or 1-800-255-1994 or 203-772-0060 and ask for “The Soccer Desk”. New Haven Travel is the Official Travel Agency for Eurotech® Soccer Tours, as well as The United States Soccer Federation and Major League Soccer. They will coordinate flight arrival and departure times with Eurotech®. It is the responsibility of the student to make all travel plans. Students may only arrive on the first day of camp and will be required to depart on the last day of camp.
Shuttle Service
Eurotech® also offers a shuttle service to students who arrive via air, bus or train. Eurotech® will provide round trip shuttle service for a $40 Service Fee. This fee must be paid in full by all students and all travel itineraries must be submitted to Eurotech® two weeks prior to the start date of camp regardless of where travel arrangements are booked. If travel itinerary and fees are not received by Eurotech®, the student will not be added to the official camp pickup schedule.
