Camp Curriculum Overview
Eurotech® Written Evaluation
An important tool, every student will receive a 75-point written evaluation based on an assessment of his/her play by their staff coach. This allows players and coaches the opportunity to put together an off-season training program based on identified strengths and weaknesses.
 
Eurotech® Soccer Performance Workbook
All adidas® National Performance Center (NPC) students will receive a Eurotech® Soccer Performance Workbook of developmental programs. This workbook is used in classroom sessions during the week of camp and goes home with students to reinforce and motivate throughout the year.
       
Eurotech® Soccer Performance Lecture Series -
Daily Lecture Program will include the following topics:
     
Psychological Program
All students will participate in this mental preparedness program. This program was specifically designed by noted sports psychologist Dr. Alan Goldberg. The psychological aspect of the game is so critical to player success that Eurotech® devotes daily sessions to prepare players on and off the field.
     
Conditioning Program
Eurotech® recognizes the necessity for players to aspire to peak physical performance. Our on-field and lecture integrated conditioning program was created by the International Soccer Conditioning Institute (ISCI™) and has been developed to meet the demands of the modern soccer player. The program addresses soccer specific flexibility, warm-ups, cool-downs, endurance, speed, agility, quickness, strength training and injury prevention sessions.
     
College Prep Program
Eurotech® is committed to preparing players for college and has produced this highly acclaimed program in conjunction with the Student Athlete Magazine and The Sport Source. It covers topics about choosing a college, types of schools, getting noticed, the resume, videos, campus visits, your master plan and more.
     
Nutritional Program
All students will also benefit from the nutritional program which will cover such topics as pre-match meals, eating on the go, supplements, sports drinks, fluid replacement, post-match meals, etc.
