Limited Enrollment
Due to limited enrollment and popularity, it is important that you apply early. Most camps were sold out last year and were filled weeks ahead of time. You may call our National Office to ensure availability at your desired site.
Registration Confirmation
For express enrollment and confirmation, register by calling today! In all cases, after your application is received and processed by Eurotech®, you will receive a confirmation acceptance via email. If you wish to register by mail or fax, please complete the application form and return to the Eurotech® National Office. Our online secure viewer protects your information and expedites your registration process. If your desired camp is sold out, we will inform you as quickly as possible and return any monies paid.
Family & Multiple Week Discounts
Campers from the same immediate family will receive a family discount of $50 for each additional sibling. Many campers express interest in attending two or more sessions during the summer. If you wish to attend any two weeks, you may deduct $50 from the second week you are attending. Campers cannot combine discounts!
Club & Team Discounts
Eurotech® is America’s #1 Team Training Camp and works with more clubs and teams than any other organization! There must be at least 10 campers in the group and all registrations must be received through our online registration system to receive group rates. The group of ten can consist of any age group combination and be made up of both goalkeepers and field players.
Registering a Team
A minimum of 10 players is required and the coach always attends FREE! Provided with room & board, the guest coach will work with his/her team trainer and have the opportunity to observe all Eurotech® Coaching Staff at work. NO DEPOSIT is needed although a Team Reservation Form is required to reserve space for a team. This form can be found on our website. Teams who reserve space prior to June 1, 2010 will avoid additional registration fees. Call for details!
Camp Fundraising & Scholarships
Eurotech® has created a unique partnership with My Sports Dreams Fundraising, which provides all campers the opportunity to attend camp for FREE in 2010! Scholarships are also available for teams who register 15 or more students. Please call 1-800-679-9830 and speak to a Eurotech® representative for additional information on these exciting programs!
Payment Policy
Full tuition or $250 deposit is due with fully completed application. Campers will not be permitted to check-in on the first day of camp unless full payment has been received and processed by Eurotech®. Registration payments may be made by personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Payment plans are available through our online registration system. Additional payment plans are also available by calling the Eurotech® National Office at 1-800-679-9830.
Registrations Before June 1, 2010
A deposit of $250 and optional Camp Refund Insurance is required on registrations made before June 1, 2010. Your final payment and all unpaid balances are due by June 1, 2010. Unpaid balances by June 1, 2010 will result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
Registrations After June 1, 2010
Full payment of tuition and an additional registration fee of $25 is required after June 1, 2010. Registrations made within 14 days prior to the start of camp must be paid by credit card or money order.
Camp Refund Insurance - Peace of Mind
Eurotech® offers Camp Refund Insurance for a non-refundable fee of $25 per session enrolled, due at time of registration. Should you cancel for any reason AFTER June 1, 2010, Camp Refund Insurance entitles you to a full refund of tuition paid minus a $50 Processing Fee.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel for any reason BEFORE June 1, 2010, you will receive a full camp refund minus a $50 Processing Fee. Cancellations made AFTER June 1, 2010 will result in a credit for all camp tuition payments, less a $50 processing fee, valid through 2011. After June 1, 2010, full refunds will be given ONLY with the purchase of Camp Refund Insurance (see above). Camp Credits are only valid for one year. No refunds or credits will be given for voluntary withdrawal, no shows, or expulsions from camp. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax or email no later than 14 days prior to the start of camp. All refunds/credits will be processed by September 1, 2010.
Medical Departure Policy
If it is determined by the on-site NATA Certified Athletic Trainer(s) that the camper will not be able to continue training due to a medical reason, then the camper will need to be picked up from camp and the portion of time missed will be issued as a Prorated Credit to attend a Eurotech® Camp in 2011.
Early Departure & No Show Policy
Eurotech® will make every effort to have each camper experience playing in the most competitive environment possible. Our professional staff has vast experience evaluating playing ability and creating teaching groups based on age, size, talent and safety concerns. Eurotech® cannot, from week to week, location to location, predetermine the soccer playing abilities of those campers who enroll in each session. Requests for refunds based upon the subjective evaluation of the skill of other campers will not be entertained. Campers who do not check-in and attend their registered camp session will receive NO refunds or credits and forfeit all camp fees paid.
Transfer Policy
Transfer of tuition to another camp or to another individual is permitted pending approval by the Eurotech® National Office and space availability. Transfers are only valid for the year in which application is received and are transferable to family members or friends.
Cancelled Camp Sessions
In the unlikely event that Eurotech® Soccer Academy cancels your camp session, we will provide a full refund of camp registration fees paid or gladly transfer you to another site at the team rate. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of the camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
Air Travel Information
Because many of our campers travel by airlines, we recommend you call your local travel agent or Expedia.com at 1-800-397-3342 or 404-728-8787 and ask for “New Reservations". Expedia.com is the Official Travel Agency for Eurotech® Soccer Academy, as well as many other national sports organizations. It is the responsibility of the camper to make all travel plans and forward any flight itineraries to the Eurotech® National Office if a shuttle is required (see "Shuttle Service" below for more information). Campers may only arrive on the first day of camp and will be required to depart on the last day of camp.
Shuttle Service
Eurotech® also offers a shuttle service to campers and teams who arrive via air, bus or train. Eurotech® will provide round trip shuttle service for a $50 Service Fee. This fee must be paid in full by all campers at the time of registration and all travel itineraries must be submitted to Eurotech® two weeks prior to the start date of camp regardless of where travel arrangements are booked. If travel itinerary and fees are not received by Eurotech®, the camper will not be added to the official camp pickup schedule.
