Eurotech® Soccer Academy is excited to be returning to the soccer hotbeds of Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey after a short absense and have found our new home in the Philadelphia suburbs for our soccer education programs at Bryn Mawr College which has been named one of the "Most Beautiful" college campuses in the United States by Travel + Leisure® Magazine. Eurotech® will start a new tradition of excellence at this stunning campus which features fantastic athletic, dining and housing facilities. Bryn Mawr's 135-acre campus is set in a century-old, varied suburb in the heart of Lower Merion Township and 11 miles west of Philadelphia, the nation's sixth-largest city. This soccer camp will attract athletes from all over metro Philadelphia, Eastern PA, Delaware and New Jersey. The college participates in NCAA Div-III Athletics and boasts excellent outdoor grass and turf athletic fields in addition to Bern Schwartz Fitness & Athletic Center which houses the "Owls" athletic offices, indoor gymnasium, fitness center and swimming pool.

Our Under Armour® Soccer Performance Center at Bryn Mawr College in the Eastern Pennsylvania/New Jersey area will have an initial enrollment limit of 60 campers per week to ensure a high quality soccer training experience for our students. Limited Enrollment
Due to limited enrollment and popularity, it is important that you apply early. Some camps were sold out last year and were filled weeks ahead of time. You may call our National Office to ensure availability at your desired site.

Registration Confirmation
For express enrollment and instant confirmation, register online today! In all cases, after your online registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation acceptance via email. If you wish to register by mail or fax, please complete the paper application form and return to the Eurotech® National Office. Our online secure viewer protects your information and expedites your registration process. If your desired camp is sold out, we will inform you as quickly as possible and return any monies paid.

Registration Fee
A non-refundable "Registration Fee" of $25.00 will be charged to each camper at the time of registration and added to the initial deposit payment. This is an annual ONE-TIME charge per camper regardless of the number of sessions the camper attends.  (Please note: The $25 Registration Fee is non-refundable and will be charged with the intial camp deposit payment.)

Initial Deposit & Payments
Full tuition or $100 deposit is due with fully completed registration. Please note that the Registration Fee and,  if chosen, the optional Cancellation Protection Insurance will be added to the initial $100 deposit AT THE TIME OF INITIAL REGISTRATION. Campers will not be permitted to check-in on the first day of camp unless full payment has been received and processed by Eurotech®. At the time of registration, you may elect to either "Pay in Full" or utilize the automated "Monthly Installment" option which will split the balance due into equal monthly installments every 30 days from the initial registration. Registration payments can be made by personal check/money order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Custom payment plans are always available by calling the Eurotech® National Office at 1-800-679-9830.

Registrations Before June 15, 2017
A deposit of $100, $25 Registration Fee and optional Cancellation Protection Insurance is required on registrations made BEFORE June 15, 2017. Your final payment and all unpaid balances are due by June 15, 2016. Unpaid balances by June 15, 2015 will result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid unless you are on our online automated monthly payment plan in which, in soem cases, your final payment may fall after this date. 

Registrations After June 15, 2017
Full payment of tuition, $25 Registration Fee and optional Cancellation Protection Insurance is required on registrations made AFTER June 15, 2017. Registrations made within 14 days prior to the start of camp must be paid by credit card. Registrations are accepted right up to the start of camp where openings exist.

Cancellation Protection Insurance - Peace of Mind
Eurotech® offers families optional Camp Cancellation Protection for a non-refundable fee of $25 per session, due at the time of registration. Should you cancel for any reason, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp tuition fees paid to date. (Please note: The $25 Cancellation Protection Insurance Fee is non-refundable and will be charged with the intial camp deposit payment.) Refunds of ANY kind will be given ONLY with the purchase of Cancellation Protection Insurance.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Without Cancellation Protection and If you must cancel for any reason, Eurotech® will issue a camp credit for any tuition payments made to date. Your camp credit is transferable to an immediate family member and is valid through 2018. (See terms above). Campers who do not check-in and attend their registered camp session will receive NO refunds or credits and forfeit all camp fees paid. No refunds or credits will be given for voluntary withdrawal, no-shows, or expulsions from camp. Requests for refunds based upon the subjective evaluation of the skill of other campers will not be entertained. Cancellations MUST be received in writing (mail or email) no later than 14 days prior to the start of camp. Camp Credits are only valid for one year. All Refunds/Credits will be processed by September 1, 2017.

Transfer Policy
Transfer of tuition to another camp or to another individual is permitted pending approval by the Eurotech® National Office and space availability. Transfers are only valid for the year in which application is received and are transferable to family members or friends.

Medical Departure Policy
If it is determined by the on-site NATA Certified Athletic Trainer(s) that the camper will not be able to continue training due to a medical reason, then the camper will need to be picked up from camp and the portion of time missed will be issued as a Prorated Credit to attend a Eurotech® Camp in 2018.

Cancelled Camp Sessions
In the unlikely event that Eurotech® Soccer Academy cancels your camp session, we will refund all of your camp fees including the Registration Fee or gladly transfer you to another site at a discounted rate. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

Campus Overview

Athletic Facilities
Bryn Mawr College offers Eurotech® campers excellent athletic facilities with acres of natural grass and the latest artificial turf field (1 grass and 1 4G turf soccer field!) as well as the Bern Schwartz Fitness & Athletic Center which houses the fitness center, gymasiums, athletic training  department and the main athletic offices. In addition to plenty of premium athletic space, Bryn Mawr also features an 8-lane indoor pool used for recovery, regeneration, and recreation by campers pending availability. Eurotech® also has access to two large gymnasiums which are used for indoor training in the case of lightning or bad weather in the area. Campers are encouraged to bring indoor training soccer shoes in case of inclement weather and for use in the indoor soccer center.

Dormitories/Rooming
Campers will be housed in one of the many modern dormitories on campus, which are all air conditioned. Each room consists of two beds with a desk and closet space in each room. Bathrooms are on each hall and consist of private shower and toilet stalls. These dorm rooms accommodate 2 campers per room. Campers have access to the TV lounge on the main floor as well as large game and lounge in the Campus Center. Roommate requests are typically honored if requests are made prior to July 1st. Attending teams and groups of players will always be roomed in adjacent rooms on the same floor whenever possible. Clean and modern laundry facilities in the lower level of the dormitories feature a vending machine with detergents, laundry supplies, folding tables and plenty of coin operated washers and dryers accessible to all campers, guests, and staff. Please bring your own laundry soap and do not count on vending machines to be full during the summer months when many camps come through the dormitories at Bryn Mawr. The dorms are a very short walk to both the main soccer fields and dining center. 
Boys and girls are always placed on separate floors, separate wings or separate dorms altogether pending the facility. Multiple Eurotech® Staff are always placed on each floor and provide supervision and support to all campers.

Campus Dining
Erdman Dining Hall is located just a short walk from the dormitories and the fields. The modern Dining Center offers a vast variety of entrees at every meal and also features a full salad bar, fruit bar, dessert bar, multiple drink stations (Milk, Sodas, Teas),  juice bar, coffee stations, and buffet style dining, where campers can choose from all their favorites like pizza, burgers, hot dogs, etc. as an example at lunch. There are also drink vending machines in the dormitories and Eurotech® also offers the Pizza Party on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for all Residential/Overnight campers. 

Camp Enrollment
Enrollment at the Eastern Pennsylvania/New Jersey camp session will have a limit of 60 campers per week. With the excellent location combined with fantastic athletic facilities, air-conditioned dorms, and excellent dining service, teams, groups and individual players from all over Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and New York will attend sessions at Bryn Mawr College. Enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis and be set-up to guarantee the correct ratios of goalkeepers to field players as well as camp staff to campers with a limit of 60 campers per week.

Campus Security
Bryn Mawr College is a very secure campus and features 24-hour campus security guards who patrol the dorms all night and work directly with the Eurotech® Site Director along with experienced Eurotech® Coaching Directors, Athletic Training Staff, and Counselors who also live and sleep in the dorms and monitor camper activity daily. The nearby Recreation Center Reception Area is also fully staffed 24/7 for added security and peace of mind.

Arriving by Plane 
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) — approximately 30 minutes from Bryn Mawr College
 
Air Transportation Services
Because many of our campers travel by air, we recommend you call your local travel agent or Milne Travel at 1-888-826-1557 and ask for “Eurotech Camp Reservations" or Ingrid Mountain. Milne Travel is the Official Travel Agency for Eurotech® Soccer Worldwide, the NSCAA as well as many other national sports organizations. It is the responsibility of the camper to make all travel plans and forward any flight itineraries to the Eurotech® National Office if a shuttle is being used (see "Shuttle Service" information below). Campers may only arrive on the first day of camp and will be required to depart on the last day of camp.
 
Ground Transportation/Shuttle Service
Eurotech® also recommends specific shuttle services for this camp location. Reliable and recommended ground transportation companies can be found below. Shuttle service to campers and teams who arrive via air, bus or train may vary from location to location. If you are having problems finding a suitable service, please feel free to contact Eurotech® for assistance. Please note that Eurotech® does not provide a Shuttle Service and can not be responsible for transporting campers to and from airports. It is recommended that younger campers are accompanied by an adult during travel and through the first day registration process.
 
From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) — As there is no "official" shuttle service provided between the airport and Bryn Mawr College, the easiest way to get to campus from the airport is either Sedan Service (Towncar), from Philly Airport Transportation, a Philadelphia based car/limo service recommended by the school for visiting parents and campers. Online reservations or call 267-679-7655. Shared passenger vans are also available. Approximate cost is $50 without gratuity per person each way. You can also visit their ground transportation website directly at www.phlairporttaxi.com.    
 
Arriving by Train
Amtrak (800-USA-RAIL) has frequent service to Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station. At 30th Street Station you can transfer to a direct commuter train to Bryn Mawr on the area’s mass transit provider, SEPTA. Take the (Paoli/Thorndale line) to the Bryn Mawr station, which is about 350 yards from campus. The Norristown High Speed Line stops about three-quarters of a mile from campus.
 
SEPTA, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, operates commuter rail lines, buses, subways, elevated trains and trolleys throughout the Philadelphia region.
 
From other Philadelphia stations
From Philadelphia’s Market East Station (11th and Market Streets), Penn Center/Suburban Station (16th Street and J.F.K. Boulevard), or Amtrak’s 30th Street Station (30th and Market Streets), board SEPTA’s Paoli/Thorndale line, which runs from 6:15 a.m. until 12:15 a.m. on weekdays and from 7:15 a.m. until 12:15 a.m. on weekends.
 
To the College 
The campus is a five-minute walk from the Bryn Mawr train station. Hint: you want to be on the north, residential side of the station; you will be on the correct side as you get off the train if you are coming from Philadelphia. Take the stairs by the station under the track if you’re on the other side. From the Bryn Mawr station, walk north on Morris Avenue (straight ahead as you get off the westbound train) for two blocks. You will cross Montgomery Avenue (mind the traffic lights - traffic travels very fast here). The Benham Gateway, which houses the Office of Admissions, is located on the corner of Morris Avenue and Yarrow Street.
 
If you have luggage and wish to take a taxi from the Bryn Mawr station to the College, you may call Bennett Taxi Service on a direct-line phone located on the train platform. The taxi service operates seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. Very often taxis are waiting for passengers at the two main entrances to the station.
 
Regional Rail
SEPTA Airport High Speed Line has four stops within the airport (at terminals A, B, C/D, and E). Take the Airport Line to 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. Catch the Paoli/ThorndaleRegional Rail Line to Bryn Mawr (see the By Train guidelines above). When you get on the train at the airport, tell the conductor that your final destination is Bryn Mawr so you don’t get overcharged when you change trains at 30th Street Station. And hold onto your ticket receipt—you’ll need it to change trains!
