The Sportica complex is just a stone’s throw from Calais, ideal for groups looking for a short break not too far from home. There are both hostel and hotel accommodations on site combined with a host of sports and leisure actuvities in walking distance from your rooms. These include grass and all weather soccer fields, indoor swimming pool, ten pin bowling, skating, tennis and a cinema.
Based in the French seaside town of Gravelines, not far from the Belgian border, you’ll find plenty of local traditional shops and bars. Furthermore, you are within easy walking distance of the local harbour and the pleasant sandy beach.

Accommodation
There are two different accommodation buildings here at Sportica. You can choose wither hostel-style rooms in simple multi-bed dorms or upgrade to a 2 star level block, in a selection of twin and triple en suite bedrooms. Either way your meals will be taken at the main restaurant, with most groups choosing to stay on a half or full board basis.

Sportica is only 35 minutes by coach from Calais, just a short way short of the French coastal border with Belgium.
